Our Mission
RCTT Research Academy of the RCTT Group is a Hub for Education, Research and Innovation (HERI) dedicated to supporting master's students, PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers, with particular attention to African talents aiming for academic and professional excellence at the international level. Our mission is to democratise access to scientific opportunities, strengthen skills and build a collaborative ecosystem for research and career excellence. RCTT Research Academy provides strategic, personalised, results-driven support at every key stage of the academic journey: from defining a research or career vision to securing grants, funding, postdoctoral positions and international opportunities.

To become an academic and professional benchmark in supporting African students, researchers and institutions, by creating an ecosystem of excellence that connects talents across the continent and the diaspora — and, eventually, a physical academy and a virtual e-learning university serving African excellence.
